Twitter Tools Reactivated

Okay I figured out the problem, it should work now. There should be daily digest updates pulled from twitter and put into a post. Now to figure out Google Reader, Bookmarks? and Facebook.

I deactivated the Twitter integration with the blog because the ‘more updates’ link was linking to the wrong location. Once that is fixed I’ll turn it back on. So we are almost back at square one. At least the Picasa plugin is working.

Some changes

What better day to make a long overdue update than Christmas Eve right? Okay so I re-added the Twitter feed in the sidebar and reactivated the daily digest that disappeared awhile back. I also added a sidebar widget for items I share in Google Reader. I may decide to change this to Starred Item as it takes less time for me to just Star than to Star and Share. I also added a widget that shows random images from my Picasa album and links and displays it in the sidebar.
Now I need to make Facebook update Twitter as sometimes I update FB instead of Twitter. Yes, yes I know I can make Twitter update FB but it seemed like I was spamming FB in light of how much other people update their own profiles.
